3. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting Elite Endurance Nutrition directly. To ensure we can provide safe and appropriate nutrition advice, clients must complete all required health questionnaires, consent forms and any requested documentation before their appointment. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being postponed.
Payment must be received before the consultation unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Following your booking, you will receive confirmation of your appointment together with any relevant information and instructions.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund where appropriate.
4. Fees & Payment
The fees for our services are displayed on the Elite Endurance Nutrition website or will be confirmed before your appointment or programme begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full before your scheduled consultation or the commencement of a coaching programme. Payments are processed securely using approved third-party payment provider, Stripe. The payment methods available at checkout may vary depending on your device, browser, and location.
Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments on the agreed dates. Failure to make payments may result in appointments being postponed or coaching being suspended until payment has been received. Elite Endurance Nutrition reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. Any changes will not affect appointments or programmes that have already been booked and confirmed.
5. Coaching Programmes
Certain coaching services are delivered as structured programmes designed to provide ongoing support, accountability and regular review. These programmes require a minimum commitment period to allow sufficient time for nutritional strategies to be implemented, monitored and adjusted according to your individual needs and goals.
Where stated, coaching programmes require a minimum commitment of three (3) months. By enrolling in one of these programmes, you agree to the minimum commitment period and the associated fees. If you choose to pay by monthly instalments, each scheduled payment remains payable for the duration of the agreed programme, regardless of whether you choose to discontinue participation before the programme has ended.
Requests to end a coaching programme before the minimum commitment period has been completed may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Elite Endurance Nutrition.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice or more may be rearranged without charge. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Appointments missed without prior notice (“no-shows”) will be charged the full appointment fee. If an initial consultation is missed without prior notice, Elite Endurance Nutrition reserves the right to require full payment in advance for any future bookings.
Elite Endurance Nutrition reserves the right to refuse future bookings where repeated cancellations or missed appointments occur.
If Elite Endurance Nutrition needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered at the earliest available opportunity or a full refund will be provided where appropriate.
7. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, every effort will be made to provide the full consultation where possible. However, where this is not possible, your consultation will finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
The full consultation fee remains payable regardless of the length of the consultation resulting from a late arrival.
8. Communication Between Appointments
Clients enrolled in an ongoing coaching package will receive support between scheduled appointments for the duration of their coaching agreement. Between appointments, clients may contact Elite Endurance Nutrition by email or WhatsApp to ask reasonable questions relating to their nutrition plan, progress, or any recommendations provided during coaching.
Support between appointments is intended for brief guidance and accountability and is not a substitute for scheduled consultations. Where a question or issue requires more detailed discussion, clients may be advised to book an additional consultation. Messages will usually receive a response within two working days during normal business hours. Responses may not be provided during weekends, public holidays or periods of annual leave unless otherwise stated.
Elite Endurance Nutrition does not provide an emergency service. Clients requiring urgent medical advice should contact their GP, NHS 24, NHS 111 (where applicable), or emergency services as appropriate.
9. Client Responsibilities
